Nice to meet you!

Hello blogging world! I'm Raven and it is a pleasure to finally meet. I decided to start this blog because I need some sort of hobby. I live in a tiny little town in Indiana. It has so much charm, but not much to do. It's population is 75% older folks, so everything closes at 6pm. The only things open past 6 are the good ol' Hometown proud IGA (an itty bitty 24 hr grocery store), Dollar General, and all 3 gas stations. Why we have 3 gas stations in this town is beyond me. The best thing about my little town are the antique shops. I'm an antique junkie. I love just about anything vintage, worn out, and beautiful.

I'm a proud momma to two wonderful kitties.
This is Lucy;
She's a big girl, weighing in at 19lbs. She loves to cuddle, and it's ridiculously hard to get a good picture of her actually looking at the camera. She's about 6 years old, my mom adopted her when I was a freshman in high school. She's been there to cuddle with me when I was going through the woes of high school. I love her dearly.

This is Jack;
It's even harder to get a picture of him, looking at the camera or not. He's a little neurotic and he's constantly moving. He's one of the strangest cats I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He loves water, his meow sounds like a bark, and he loves to be held in front of an air conditioner blowing on full blast. He's also the sweetest kitty ever.

I also have an adorably feisty hamster, Dexter, but I don't have any pictures of him that aren't on my phone (which I lost the USB for).

Eeek! I didn't realize what time it was! I have to be at work in 5 mins! thankfully work is 2 mins away!
